We had a lovely romantic escape and our stay was enjoyable overall. The scenery and ambiance of the hotel were beautiful, and the room had a cozy and intimate feel. The surrounding area was perfect for walks and exploring, and we appreciated the convenience of having shops and restaurants nearby.
There were a few negative aspects to our stay. the staff seemed a bit disorganized and overworked, leading to slow service at times.

Our stay at this old building was a nice experience. The ornamental pond in the location was simply breathtaking, and it added so much charm to the atmosphere. The pool was also delightful, and the surroundings were peaceful and relaxing. Our room was cozy and comfortable, and we enjoyed the view from the window. We appreciated the excellent breakfast, which had a great variety of options, and we also liked the selection of facilities available.
There was an issue with the heating system in the room, and it was a bit chilly at times.

The setting was really enjoyable with lush surroundings and very pretty. The three-course dinner menu was an incredible value for money, just €20 for the wine and food. the hydrotherapy facilities were perfect for soaking and relaxing.
The hotel hallways and bedrooms could use some refurbishment as they looked old and shabby. The restaurant staff was nice but the food was not great.
